Every summer, millions of Hindus come to Amarnath to pay their homage to Lord Shiva, whose Lingam can be see for a limited period of time in a cave located at an altitude of 12, 756 feet. Day By Day Itinerary

DAY 1

Arrive Srinagar - Sonmarg

A Memorable India representative will receive you at Srinagar airport and assist you in your transfer to Sonmarg or Pahalgam. Here, you can check into you hotel rooms where you can relax for the remaining day.
DAY 2

Sonmarg - Baltal - Panchtarni - Amarnathji Cave - Srinagar

We start early today to reach Baltal helipad. From here, we will take a helicopter to Pachtarni, located 4 kms from the Amarnath Cave. We then walk from the helipad to the cave and then return back after seeking blessings of the Lord. We take the helicopter to reach Baltal and then head to Srinagar to spend the night there.

DAY 3

Srinagar

After a scrumptious breakfast, we head out for sightseeing in the city. You can visit the Shalimar Gardens and the Nishat or Garden of Pleasure. Later, we will visit the Shankaracharya temple and take a small trip on the house boat, locally known as ‘Shakira’. After the boat ride, the day is free for you to do some shopping or retire early for the day.
DAY 4

Departure

We will assist you in your transfer to the airport, from where you can continue your trip of travelling across our incredible country.
